Some Progress and Some Issues.
Parented the shoulder to the chest base and the heads to the eye base and the eyebase to the chest base. Running into an issue where it won't let me make new joints anymore though.
Grow a spine and stop eyeballing me.
Gave him a a spinal column so now someone can FINISH HIM! And rigged out to his eyballs, even though I can't see the eyeball, but in wire mesh mode you can tell that they're rotating along with he two toothes.
